Structural strength verification for printer accessories, gearing mechanisms, or industrial cranes; fatigue analysis of high-pressure pumps and tooling systems for all-in-one machines - these are just a few examples of projects we've completed for our clients. Timely and efficient execution of projects go without saying for us.
We conduct our work according to well-established engineering standards (FKM, EN, DIN, VDI). If desired we can also insurance compliance to company-internal specifications.

By utilizing modern 3D-CAD systems (NX, CATIA, Solid Edge or Solid Works) we can design individual parts as well as large assemblies. With the use of PLM software, if so desired, we can manage projects beyond the development stage, into serial production and during operation and use by the final customer.
Due to the long-time experience of our engineers we can optimize the parts in terms of weight, strength, stability, or material choice but also considering economic viability. It is also possible to conduct numerical topology optimizations, which is especially useful for modern 3D printing processes.
AeroFEM will support you in achieving certification (CE, TÜV, ...) for security relevant products or with respect to problems regarding structural strength, stability or fatigue. Our engineers also perform project management tasks and coordinate the complete development from concept to production.
