FOCA Design Organisation

AeroFEM is officially accepted by the FOCA as a development organization (Letter of DOA Acceptance FOCA.21J.005).

This enables us to classify, develop and certify modifications and repairs to nationally certified (Annex I) aircraft.

This means that minor modifications and repairs to "Annex I" aircraft can be carried out independently, i.e. without the involvement of the authorities, and thus quicker and more economically.

Annex I - Aircraft are all those whose certification and operation do not fall within the area of responsibility of EASA, but for which the national authorities, in our case the FOCA, are responsible. These are currently more than 600 HB-registered aircraft, e.g. Boeing Stearman Bucker B131 Cessna C140, C170 Junkers F13 Piper Cub, Super Cub, …
